Myth Solution Terms and Conditions

By using the services provided by Myth Solution, you agree to the following terms:

Service Scope: Myth Solution provides digital marketing, web development, and business automation services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Payment Terms: Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule defined at the start of the project. Failure to make timely payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.

Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, the ownership of the final deliverables (website code, automation scripts, etc.) will be transferred to the client, while Myth Solution retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing necessary access (hosting, accounts, content) in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.

Limitation of Liability: Myth Solution is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or third-party platform changes.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled within the local jurisdiction.
